What the work involves
Material that is stockpiled badly costs twice — once to build the pile and again to rehandle it. We build stockpiles to a shape that drains, stays stable and can be reclaimed without a machine working under an unsupported face.
Load-out crews work to your despatch schedule, with weighbridge tickets reconciled daily. Tip heads are kept trimmed and bermed so haulers can turn and tip without a spotter having to improvise.
Where material is contaminated or segregated by grade, the sequence is planned so grades do not mix in the pile — the cheapest quality control there is.
